You can download a fully working version of WebEdit which will work without restriction when used on a LocalHost website (i.e. IIS on your local computer).

 

If you choose to use WebEdit on a live website then you may use the copy that you download here.  This will operate in full with the exception of an "Unlicensed Software" message which will be appended to the end of each content block.  To remove this message you can simply purchase a domain license which is a very simple process (instructions are given in the "Unlicensed Software" message).
